1) If a member exhausts his complimentary numbers of benefits, he shall have to make payment for the additional services at the existing rate of professional fees.
2) The above benefits are transferable in favour of the non-members by way of sale / gift etc.
3) In the event of non-usage of the benefits, the same can be accumulated / carried forward to the next year on renewal of the membership.
4) The benefits are interchangeable. For illustration, if an Economy member does not want to use his 2 counselling sessions, he can use 2 additional documents drafting benefits or vice versa.
5) Only those legal documents which are specified by the firm shall be covered under the benefit scheme. All other documents shall be charged as per the prevailing rate.
